Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced, energetic kitchen staff at Kentucky Wesleyan College. You will prepare meals, maintain quality and portion control, and help present visually appealing dishes to students and staff.

The role emphasizes scratch cooking, safe food handling, and the opportunity for personal growth within a dynamic organization. This is a full-time, on-site position at the college cafeteria.

Qualifications

• Must-haves: At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
