• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Retail management or strong customer service experience; academic retail experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• General computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle talent management, including recruiting, training, coaching and talent development for full-time, part-time, and temporary team members.
• Prepares and implements detailed operating plans for all store departments for standard operations, busy rush periods, and special events; leads execution.
• Establishes positive relationships with campus community, administration, athletics departments, faculty, and staff; explores remote selling opportunities.
• Provides oversight of course materials and inventory to ensure appropriate quantities and profitability.
• Delivers high levels of customer service and maintains appealing visual presentations of the store.
• Manages back-office functions, including invoices, chargebacks, and stock shipments per policy.
• May oversee additional locations and perform other duties as assigned.
