Follett Corporation seeks a Campus Store Leader to oversee store operations, drive sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience on campus. You will mentor and schedule a team, ensuring adherence to standards, costs, and campus partnerships.

You will collaborate with campus leadership, manage staffing, and uphold Follett values while maintaining a strong store presence and financial awareness.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• General computer skills.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsabilités

• Execute store plans and daily operations for both traditional and rush periods to drive sales.
• Train and coach team members on store standards and onboarding procedures.
• Schedule team hours and provide coverage during peak periods.
• Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve escalated issues.
• Review and adjust in-store course materials activities in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure store safety and asset protection.
• Partner with campus relations to facilitate events and campus communications.
• Operate store systems and cash handling procedures, including deposits.
• Set floors and merchandising to standards.
