Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a retail setting preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs.
• Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time on the selling floor coaching and modeling exceptional customer service.
• Help train and oversee daily work activity of team members.
• Ensure department and store operations are maintained and merchandised.
• Assist in daily store operations and act as Manager-on Duty in absence of manager.
• Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
