Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, coaching teammates, assisting with merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions, while upholding company standards and a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and alumni.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to team members.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules year-round including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Coach, monitor progress, and assign work to team members to meet priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments to support customers and staff.
• Support onboarding, training, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, replenishment, and POS transactions.
