Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and departments in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Direct workload and scheduling to ensure service and sales goals.
• Maintain a welcoming sales floor and assist customers with purchases.
• Hire and train new employees for sales floor or other departments.
• Drive customer experiences to enhance loyalty and sales.
