Job summary

Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, invites applications for an Administrative Assistant for Academic Services for Student-Athletes to provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the Associate AD Academic Services and the staff. You will help manage departmental budgets, purchasing, inventory, payroll, travel and reimbursement, scheduling, and daily office operations.

Nights and weekends may be required, and a reliable cellular or electronic device must be maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree conferred by start date.
• Five years of related administrative experience; college degree may substitute.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior staff.
• Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, and inventory.
• Coordinate payroll, travel, and reimbursement processes.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and communications.
• Support academic services for student-athletes and awards programs.
