Job summary

Soni is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of direct marketing campaigns in the United States. You will manage campaign intake, data preparation, proofing, and quality control to ensure campaign readiness across internal systems and teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and collaboration with sales and production teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure successful mailings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, customer service, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn internal systems and campaign tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams on campaign execution.
• Capture, review, and validate campaign details for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all required campaign elements are in place prior to production.
• Review creative edits and proofreading updates within internal systems.
• Partner with internal teams to clarify requests and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks to ensure campaign accuracy and process compliance.
• Prepare, clean, reconcile, and format campaign data files for mailing.
• Support deduplication, suppression, filtering, and data validation.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
