Times Media Group is seeking an organized, creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Client Services Specialist to support client service, marketing, campaign coordination, and project management. This hands-on role works across Sales, Production, Editorial, Digital, and Marketing to coordinate campaigns, manage projects, maintain materials, and ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, client services, project coordination, media, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple daily deadlines and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate client requests and projects across multiple departments.
• Help develop and execute print, digital, social media, email, event, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
• Audit marketing materials, sales collateral, pricing, branding, and product information for accuracy.
• Maintain and retire outdated or discontinued marketing materials and campaigns.
• Create and coordinate presentations, promotional materials, sales tools, and client communications.
• Track campaign activity and results and provide updates to management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend solutions.
• Assist with research, reporting, client communications, and special projects.
