Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Creative Project Manager/Workflow Coordinator for its Columbus, OH team. The role is four days onsite with one day remote, supporting a graphic design and banking client across the project lifecycle.

You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, manage schedules and estimates, and ensure timely delivery with high quality. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a related role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role in a related industry.
• Background in Design and/or Banking preferred.
• Excellent computer skills; quick to learn new programs and troubleshoot.
• Proactive, collaborative, and driven with strong execution capability.
• Experience using continuous improvement tools to track metrics.
• Ability to understand the big picture and make sound decisions.
• Ability to interpret client expectations and guide creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Manage projects including scheduling, estimating, and tracking.
• Promote excellent customer service with proactive status updates.
• Assemble resources required to implement client projects.
• Enter and track data in the client project tracking system.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects to meet deadlines.
• Peer-proof creative to ensure specification accuracy.
• Attend client meetings and set project milestones and estimates.
• Maintain contact with clients and teams to track progress and needs.
