This on‑site, live‑in position runs May through September, with competitive seasonal pay, a performance bonus, and full room & board for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens knowledge required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen and safety compliance; maintain health department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and budgeting; track daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
