Job summary

Champion Window in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Call Center Representative to ensure accurate appointment data, monitor call quality, and pilot new programs. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and reliable scheduling across multiple shifts.

Shifts include first/mid 9:00 am–5:30/10:00 am–6:30, and second 12:30 pm–9:00 pm, with pay rates of $16.25–$16.75 per hour. Strong communication and CRM skills are a plus for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a call center / customer care environment.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal.
• Excellent typing and grammar skills.
• Process focused with structure and consistency.
• Great attention to detail and strong project management.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call quality assurance: listen to calls and verify data against appointments.
• Pilot new programs before external rollout.
• Inbound and outbound calls for appointment setting and service requests.
• Prepare and publish weekly training and program accuracy reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
