Job summary

Champion Window in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role. You will handle customer concerns, schedule warranty appointments, and maintain records through installation and service, with a pay range of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone, text, and email; updating installation status; managing billing and AR reports; and supporting the Service Department with timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 year’s customer support experience preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement industry a plus.
• Must be service-oriented team player with high energy; multi-tasking and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer experience support concerns via phone, text and email.
• Make outbound calls to update customers on installation and service status.
• Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
• Enter and maintain all customer records in CRM Database.
• Provide work orders to Service Measure Tech daily.
• Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded.
• Generate and distribute Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports before meetings.
• Support assigned division(s) and manage escalated customer concerns.
• Process electronic payments and assist with receiving products in CRM/F&O.
