Champion Window is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Cincinnati, OH. You will handle customer support concerns, schedule warranty appointments, order parts, and maintain customer records through the installation and service process.

This role emphasizes excellent communication, multi-tasking, and a service-oriented mindset as you interact with customers, coordinate with the Service Department, and contribute to accurate CRM and accounts receivable records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of customer support experience preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement industry a plus.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a service-oriented team player with high energy.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer experience support concerns via phone, text, and email.
• Provide updates on installation and service status via outbound calls.
• Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
• Enter and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
• Provide work orders to Service Measure Tech daily.
• Audit orders for accuracy after upload.
• Generate and distribute Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports before meetings.
• Support divisions in Accounts Receivable collections.
• Assist with receiving products in CRM database and F&O.
• Other duties as assigned.
