• Opening and/or closing the clinic according to scheduled rotation.
• Maintaining patient records according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Interacting with co-workers, physicians and patients.
• Performing other duties as needed.

We have an immediate opening for full-time Appointment Scheduling Agent in our Marshalltown office.

Responsibilities include

• Answering telephone calls in a clear professional manner.
• Directing telephone calls accordingly.
• Making, canceling and rescheduling patient appointments.
• Gathering, verifying and entering demographic information.
• Opening and/or closing the clinic according to scheduled rotation.
• Maintaining patient records according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Effectively interacting with co-workers, physicians and patients.
• Performing other duties as needed.
