This is an onsite position to start, with the potential to transition to a remote schedule after approximately six months of successful permanent employment.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to hire a Call Center Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with service-related questions, account inquiries, billing concerns, scheduling requests, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
