LHH Recruitment is assisting a Tempe-based company in locating a Customer Service representative. The position is on-site Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a fully onsite requirement for the first 90 days and potential hybrid flexibility after training if KPIs are met.
You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, resolve issues, document interactions, and deliver professional, responsive service to maintain customer satisfaction.
LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Tempe who is in need of a customer service representative. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-330pm. The position is fully onsite for the first 90 days, but will allow hybrid flexibility after that training period if you are meeting KPIs and metrics. The pay is $21/hr. This job will be responsible for assisting customers by phone and email, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing professional, responsive service.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
