Job summary

Open Eyes Vision Center is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Agent to deliver warm, professional phone support and help patients navigate services. This in-person role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on creating a welcoming patient experience.

We value clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to use scheduling systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required; full-time schedule with monetary bonuses included.

We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Agent with a friendly, professional phone presence, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who calls.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but are not required. This is an in-person position located in our office inside Hulen Mall.

Pay: $15-$16.50 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses

Schedule: Full-time. We are open six days per week, with Monday, Friday and Saturday hours required. Options for days off include Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays based on staffing needs.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
