Job summary

Signius is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Agent in Mobile, AL. You will handle incoming calls with a warm, professional demeanor and document details accurately. In-office role with base pay $17/hour and potential $20/hour with flawless attendance.

You will use our internal call software, transfer calls as needed, and help maintain KPIs for quality and performance while supporting a 24/7/365 operation with required weekend shifts.

• High reliability, strong work ethic, and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) and assigned holidays (we are a 24/7/365 operation).

The base pay for this position is $17/hour, with an opportunity to earn a premium rate of $20/hour through flawless attendance. To qualify for the $20/hour rate, team members must demonstrate consistent punctuality at shift start, timely return from all breaks, and complete adherence to scheduled shift hours.
