Job summary

Anserfone is seeking dependable Call Center Agents in Memphis, TN for a part-time, in-office role. You will handle 100% inbound calls, provide courteous customer service, and document caller information accurately. Paid training starts day one to ensure you have the tools to succeed.

The position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong English skills, basic computer literacy, reliability, and weekend availability. We operate 24/7/365, with holidays scheduled as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette with a warm, professional manner.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written (including accurate spelling and grammar).
• Basic computer literacy and ability to type 35+ WPM.
• High reliability, strong work ethic, and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day per week and assigned holidays.

This is a 100% inbound position, so no sales, telemarketing, or cold calls. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training from day one to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.
