Job summary

Signius is hiring a Part-Time Call Center Agent in Mobile, AL to handle inbound calls during critical moments, from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. Training is fully paid and no prior experience is required.

You’ll work in-office, with a weekend day and some holidays required, and compensation ranges from $17–$20 per hour depending on attendance. Expected duties include taking messages, transferring calls, and relaying information accurately.

Signius is hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to assist callers during critical moments – from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required. No experience needed as we provide fully paid, hands‑on training.

Pay: $20/hr

Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $17/hr.
