Job summary

ProComm in Seneca, SC (In-Office) is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Agent to handle high-volume calls, collect and route messages, and enter data with accuracy. Training is provided from day one, and no prior experience is required.

The ideal candidate has a friendly, professional phone manner, strong English skills, basic Windows proficiency, and a typing speed of 35 WPM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Full-Time Call Center Agent

Company: ProComm l Location: Seneca, SC(In-Office) l Pay $15-$18/hr

Schedule: 40 hrs/week (10-hr shifts) l Requires working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays

Day-to-day:

The base pay for this position is $15/hour, with an opportunity to earn a premium rate of $18/hour through flawless attendance. To qualify for the $18/hour rate, team members must demonstrate consistent punctuality at shift start, timely return from all breaks, and complete adherence to scheduled shift hours.
