Job summary

Map Communications in North Richland Hills, TX, is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Agent for an in-office position. The role pays $17/hr and requires a 40-hour week with 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day and holidays.

No prior experience is necessary and we provide complete, paid training from day one to ensure your success. You will handle calls, collect and verify message details, and enter data with precision, while meeting QA standards.
