Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services busca un Agente de Call Center presencial en Cataño, PR. Atenderás llamadas, orientarás a clientes sobre servicios de carros y resolverás dudas básicas con enfoque en servicio al cliente.

Horario: lunes a sábado con días libres entre semana y domingo, turnos de 8:30am a 5:30pm o 9:00am a 6:00pm, con sábados 8am a 5pm. Se requiere escuela superior y experiencia en atención al cliente o call center, además de dominio básico de manejo de computadora.

• Se requiere título de educación secundaria.

• Capacidad para trabajar con computadoras y sistemas básicos.
