Pentair is seeking a Territory Account Manager to cover Northern California. You will own your territory, sell Pentair brands (Sta-Rite, Myers, Berkeley) through distributors, dealers, and installers, and lead trainings and on-site support.

The role requires 5+ years outside sales experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to travel 50-60%. Compensation includes a TTC range and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales in a territory.
• Experience with channel partners and distribution networks.
• Experience with water, fluid handling, or plumbing products is a plus.
• CRM software experience for leads and documentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship navigation.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow Pentair business by nurturing key relationships with local communities of well drillers, plumbers, irrigation specialists, pump installers, distributors, and other channel partners.
• Execute distribution and dealer sales strategies that increase revenue and promote Pentair solutions.
• Build relationships with distributor partners via presentations, trainings, and on-site support.
• Develop a strong technical understanding of our products to address customer needs and promote brand awareness.
• Analyze customer specifications to determine proper product applications and provide solutions.
