Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Sales-focused Business Development Manager for the Southern California region. Based in Cypress, CA, you will spearhead new business development and revenue growth while cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and partners.

You will work with operations and technical experts to close opportunities, attend shows, and leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in industrial/technical sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or related field required.
• 3-5 years direct sales experience in industrial/technical/environmental sales.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Identify, pursue, and close new clients who meet Alliance’s prospect profiles
• Build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory
• Attend local, regional, industry specific, and national trade shows to build brand awareness
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on products, services, quality and Alliance’s differentiation
• Work with operations and technical experts to land all opportunities
• Utilize Salesforce to manage activities, tasks, follow up, and identify opportunities
