You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration across all restaurant locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of administrative experience in HR or Talent Acquisition; hospitality/restaurant industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and regulations (Cal-OSHA, AB5, CFRA, PAGA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR function onsite across restaurant locations, aligning with business goals and CA labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations including payroll benefits and HRIS records.
• Partner with HRD to develop and execute HR strategies that support the employee lifecycle and organizational objectives.
• Coach and develop the HR team; provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour, meal/rest, leave requirements, and harassment prevention training.
