Job summary

Sproutup is seeking an HR Generalist to support pay, benefits, and leave administration for our Woodland, CA team. This 100% onsite role focuses on onboarding, policy guidance, and day-to-day HR operations to keep employees engaged and compliant.

You should have 2–3 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and HRIS systems like Paychex or Trakstar is a plus in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR experience in an office or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, Paychex and Trakstar.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer pay, benefits, and leave in compliance with policies.
• Onboard new hires and process I-9s and tax forms.
• Maintain employee files and assist with performance reviews.
• Respond to HR inquiries and support employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and timekeeping setup.
