The role collaborates with the Senior Operations Manager and third-party partners to drive safe, compliant, and efficient field operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field services or related roles, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field services, operations, or technical support experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience with field employees or contractors.
• Knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Field Service Technicians, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with California prevailing wage requirements, including proper labor classifications, accurate timekeeping, and complete documentation.
• Plan and assign daily work to meet SLAs, uptime targets, and customer requirements.
• Monitor technician performance using KPIs and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for field service issues, including system outages, safety concerns, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate work with approved third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with contractual and labor requirements.
• Review work orders and service documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Support labor planning, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
• Participate in audits related to prevailing wage, safety, and service compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, technician utilization, and service quality.
