Job summary

United Safety and Survivability Corporation in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service, installations, maintenance and on-site support. You will prioritize and complete installs to meet our customers’ requirements while representing the company professionally.

The role requires 1–3 years of technician experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, travel flexibility including weekends, valid driver's license and passport, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of technician or equivalent mechanical ability.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Manage and execute all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose technical and customer issues/problems while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical training on our products.
• Define and drive part sales through training and reviews.
