Qualifications

• 1+ year supervising field employees or contractors.
• Knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Field Service Technicians while ensuring safety, quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with California prevailing wage requirements, including timekeeping and documentation.
• Plan and assign daily work to meet SLAs and system uptime targets; monitor KPIs and provide coaching.
