Job summary

Off The Hook Restaurants in Hattiesburg, MS is hiring a Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold our Cajun, quick‑service standards.

You will partner with the GM to ensure shifts meet standards, act as manager on duty, supervise guest service, maintain cleanliness, and complete training programs. Previous restaurant leadership required; ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required company training programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet standards during shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Provide exemplary guest service.
• Use tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift.
