Job summary

Off The Hook is a fast-casual Cajun dining concept seeking a Shift Manager to support daily operations on every shift. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, lifting, and bending while upholding company culture and policies.

You will partner with the General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet Off The Hook standards, supervise shift execution, provide exceptional guest service, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be change

Responsibilities

• Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts
• Acts as manager on duty and open and closes the restaurant
• Enforces Off The Hook polices and standards
• Provide exemplary guest service
• Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when needed
• Always ensure cleanliness of restaurant during the shift
