Job summary

Off The Hook is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance, guest service excellence, and adherence to standards. You will help coordinate scheduling, training, and inventory management while balancing guest satisfaction with cost controls.

You will supervise staff, implement policies, analyze performance data, and foster a positive work environment. Plus, new location openings are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the restaurant team.
• Manage and support department heads or team leaders, providing guidance and leadership to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures that uphold organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and team engagement.
• Act as a liaison between team and management, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to recommend strategies to stay competitive.
• Uphold company values and ensure adherence to health, maintenance, safety, and regulatory standards.
