Job summary

Off The Hook Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold our Cajun, quick-casual standards during every shift. The role requires leadership on the floor, attention to detail and guest service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include pairing with the General Manager, opening/closing, enforcing policies, ensuring cleanliness, and documenting shift results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• ServSafe certification required or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet standards during shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty and open and closes the restaurant.
• Enforces Off The Hook polices and standards.
• Provide exemplary guest service.
• Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when needed.
• Always ensure cleanliness of restaurant during the shift.
