Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and travel for work-related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet Off The Hook standards during shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Enforces Off The Hook policies and standards.
• Provide exemplary guest service.
• Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions.
• Always ensure cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift.
