Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Cage Training Manager to design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training program for the cage department. You will identify training needs, create learning materials, SOPs, and deliver engaging sessions to elevate member performance while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training for a casino cage or similar high-stakes operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cage training programs and manuals.
• Lead training sessions and train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Oversee daily cage operations in alignment with policies and controls.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada gaming regulations and AML standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and feedback.
