Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Cage Training Manager to design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cage training program that enhances members’ skills and performance aligned with departmental goals.

You will lead training initiatives, manage cage training logistics, and work with Cage Shift Managers to ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance with Nevada regulations and delivering exceptional guest service to patrons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related major or equivalent experience.
• Three years of casino cage and/or casino credit experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Familiarity with competency-based training and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cage training program using diverse methods (SOPs, manuals, e-learning, workshops).
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accurate, engaging content.
• Assess training needs and develop sessions to close skill gaps and drive goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
