Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Cage Manager to oversee daily cage shift operations, manage assets, and lead Cage Shift Managers toward compliant, efficient service while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced resort. The role requires strong leadership and AML/regulatory knowledge, including MICS, Title 31, and NGCB compliance.

You will recruit, hire, and train staff, and coordinate with other departments to improve cash handling and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years leading casino cage operations preferred

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily cage shift operations in alignment with department goals
• Delegate tasks, schedule shifts, ensure timely and compliant transactions under Title 31 and Internal Controls
• Recruit, hire, and train Cage staff; provide coaching and corrective actions
• Foster a teamwork-driven environment and promote performance feedback and recognition
• Collaborate with other departments to improve cash handling, policies, and regulatory compliance
• Adhere to Nevada Gaming Regulations (NGCB), AML SOPs, MICS, IRS requirements, and Title 31
• Maintain confidentiality of patron and Member information
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
