• Ability to work independently and manage varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain a Key Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Cage cashiering area and safeguards company assets.
• Directs day-to-day Cage operations and instructs team members.
• Plans revised procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manages cashiering variance policy and disciplinary measures.
• Provides labor analysis and ensures efficient staffing based on needs.
• Ensures training, regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Performs information gathering for periodic reviews and reporting.
