Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC is hiring a Cage Manager to oversee daily cage operations, lead Cage Shift Managers, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local gaming regulations while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in casino cage or credit, and the ability to manage AML and internal control standards. Salary is competitive with market norms and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related major or equivalent experience.
• Three years of casino cage and/or casino credit experience in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cage shift operations consistent with department strategy.
• Delegate tasks, manage scheduling, and ensure transactions meet compliance standards.
• Lead Cage Shift Managers, hire and onboard new team members, and train staff.
• Foster teamwork and high performance with recognition and respect.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and compliant processes.
• Adhere to AML SOPs, internal controls, MICS, and Title 31 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with laws on underage gambling; protect patron confidentiality.
