Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Cage Assistant Director to support the Cage Director in day-to-day casino cage operations. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ previous casino cage and/or casino credit experience.
• Minimum of four to six (4-6) years’ supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and operating systems.
• Ongoing knowledge and understanding of AML SOPs, internal controls, MICS and Nevada Gaming Regulations including NGCB, IRS, and Title 31.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Cage operations in a role supporting the Director of Cage Operations.
• Delegate tasks and assignments, manage deadlines and resources to meet department goals.
• Monitor quality standards, daily workload, scheduling, cash flow, and verify transactions per internal controls.
• Make resourceful decisions prioritizing guest service, regulatory compliance, and asset protection.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and corrective action for team members.
• Foster teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, and mutual respect.
• Ensure compliance with AML SOPs, internal controls, MICS, NGCB, IRS, Title 31 and related regs.
• Adhere to underage gambling laws and monitor staff compliance.
• Refresh staff on cage policies, NGCB, compliance, and related rules.
