Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Cage Assistant Director to support daily cage operations in a fast-paced casino environment. You will supervise the Cage Shift Manager, Cage Cashier, and Senior Cage Cashier, ensuring secure, compliant procedures and top‑tier guest service.

The role emphasizes AML compliance, regulatory adherence, and staff development, with duties including training, delegation, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Must have at least seven years of casino cage or credit experience.
• Minimum four to six years of supervisor/manager experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AML procedures, internal controls, MICS and gaming regulations.
• Ability to manage workflow, delegate, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily casino cage operations in support of Cage Director.
• Delegate tasks, assign projects, and monitor deadlines and performance.
• Monitor quality, cash flow, and report generation; ensure internal controls compliance.
• Make resourceful decisions focused on guest service and asset protection.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of staff.
• Ensure adherence to AML procedures and regulatory requirements.
