Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated in Louisville is seeking a Cage & Player Services Supervisor to assist the Cage & Player Services Leadership Team in the successful operation of the department. You will supervise daily Cage and Player Services operations, ensure guest service, safety, and effective staff management, including performance reviews and hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of Cage and Player Services.
• Ensure guest service, relations, and resolving disputes for a favorable gaming experience.
• Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests; facilitate programs to reduce injuries.
• Delegate duties and assign responsibilities to Team Members.
• Complete and process performance reviews.
• Assist in the development of Team Members, conduct interviews, and participate in hiring, coaching, retention, discipline, and termination.
• Review daily staffing levels to maintain a budgeted level of employment.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the property’s BSA Policy.
• Monitor for suspicious activity as defined by the BSA and the property’s BSA Policy.
• Communicate cage activities and promotions with Cage & Player Services Leadership Team, then with frontline Team Members.
