Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Experience in cage operations or cashiering in a gaming facility preferred.
Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of gaming regulations and cash-handling procedures.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Kentucky gaming/racing license.
Responsibilities
Oversee cage operations during the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Supervise cage staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
Manage cash, chips, and currency transactions with accuracy and security.
Ensure correct payouts, cashier exchanges, chip counts, and end-of-shift balancing.
Provide excellent guest service during financial transactions.
Maintain records and reports on cash movement and incidents.
Work with surveillance and security to prevent discrepancies and theft.
Train new team members and enforce internal controls.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
