Responsibilities

• Direct, train, monitor, and assign tasks to cage personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and coworkers.
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Maintain accurate cash handling records and cage procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31 and internal controls.
• Open/close cage as needed and manage scheduling.
