Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Cage and Player Services operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve disputes.
• Maintain safety and security for team members and guests.
• Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to staff.
• Complete performance reviews and support staff development.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, retention, and discipline decisions.
• Review staffing to meet budgeted employment levels.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and related policies.
• Monitor Cage activities and key promotions with leadership.
