Qualifications

• Five years experience in Retail Food Operations, or Food Production, or Patient Food Service preferred.
• Three years in a management/supervisory position in a Food Service Operation or equivalent preferred.
• Certification from a recognized culinary arts institution, food preparation or food service management is preferred.
