The role requires a high school diploma, ServSafe certification within 90 days, and experience in food service. Monday–Friday schedule; school-site location within Wake County.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification within 90 days or ability to obtain.
• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of nutrition laws, policies, and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals and items from standardized recipes.
• Serve as cashier and maintain accurate records of sales using a POS system.
• Assist in deposits and bank transports as needed.
• Provide leadership in the CNS Manager's absence.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness per codes and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
