Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in school nutrition or food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals, salads and a la carte items per recipes and document food preparation.
• Serve as cashier and use POS to accurately record sales and keep records.
• Assist with deposits and delivery when needed.
• Provide leadership and manage the cafeteria in the CNS Manager's absence.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and serving areas.
